Curiosity Building Activities

The following activities are student-centered, science explorations that have proven to be fun and thought-provoking to kids. The activities follow an "Explore then Explain" approach where students are encouraged to explore ideas and concepts and develop their own explanations based on the evidence they gather.  Each activity includes an introduction, an exploration, an explanation, and a set of guiding questions.
